Welcome! I am Ann, Massage Therapist skilled in the following modalities: Deep Tissue, Sports, Oscillation ("rocking"), Swedish, Shiatsu Integration and Warm Stone massage therapies.   I create a sacred space for my clients to allow the healing they need to come forward.  Relying on my intuition as a guide, I compassionately aim to unblock and stimulate the flow of chi/energy in the body while using my hands as well as my elbows and even knees to elongate and sculpt the muscles from the bones like clay.  The results are deep relaxation, increased body awareness, release of tension, elimination of toxins, and lymphatic drainage.
