I am a California State certified and insured Massage Therapist. I received my training from the California Healing Arts College in 2001. I am skilled in the following modalities: Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, Oscillation ("rocking"), Shiatsu Integration and Warm Stone massage therapies, among other techniques.
I earned my Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, which supports an approach to healing on all four levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. And I graduated from Tamalpa Institute, an internationally recognized training center in body-based Expressive Arts Therapies and Somatic Movement Education in Marin, California. I am a practitioner of the Tamalpa Life/Art Process.
